The Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University, organized an activity to enhance understanding in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) for supporting staff in their work operations.
On April 9th, 2567, Assistant Professor Dr.Tipparat Noparit, Dean of the Faculty of Education, presided over the opening ceremony of the training on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support organizational work under the Re-skill Up-skill project, which is part of the institution's ongoing efforts to develop sustainable education.
The training was attended by more than 40 support staff members from various departments and affiliated schools who participated in the training held at Room 4311, 3rd Floor, Building 4 of the Faculty of Education.
The faculty was honored to have Lecturer Dr.Janejira Arsarkij, Assistant to the Dean, and faculty members from the Educational Technology department as guest lecturers, covering various topics such as "Introduction to Generative AI", "Ethical considerations and morality in AI usage", and "Using Generative AI as assistants for progress in work practices".
Training in AI is crucial as this technology impacts various aspects of work. Understanding and applying AI technology are essential for all workers, particularly in situations where human resources need to adapt rapidly to changes. Participants will gain invaluable knowledge and real-world experience during the training, which will enhance their skills and expertise necessary for their work.
