March 27, 2026 – Assistant Professor Dr. Tipparat Noparit, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University (CMU), officially provided guidance and moral support to Mr. Anthony Onchiri Masi, a doctoral student in the Department of Education, majoring in Multicultural Education.
Mr. Masi has been selected to receive the Erasmus+ Short-term Doctoral Mobility Scholarship. He will participate in a doctoral exchange program at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Hungary, for one month, from April 1 to April 30, 2026.
The student was presented to the Dean by Assistant Professor Dr. Nannaphat Saenghong, Head of the Educational Social Sciences Division, and Assistant Professor Dr. Pisith Nasee, Lecturer in the Educational Social Sciences Division, Department of Foundations and Development of Education. The visit aimed to allow the student to pay a courtesy call and receive beneficial advice and blessings prior to his departure.
This prestigious scholarship marks the first time Mr. Anthony Onchiri Masi will travel to Europe. It represents an excellent opportunity for him to further his academic knowledge in Educational Psychology, exchange research perspectives with a leading European institution, and experience a diverse educational system and culture.
